Dr. David Shannon, Northridge CA dentist, has studied and refined his skills for over thirty years. His extensive continuing education includes study in the areas of veneers, metal free porcelain crowns as well as partial crowns, implants, and TMJ therapy.
Dr. Shannon has made a commitment to his community for over thirty years by serving both his patients and local causes. He organizes an annual "feed the hungry" program, collecting both food and money for those in need. During the first week of November, he collects Halloween candy to support the troops through the USO, giving money to children who turn in their extra candy.
Christmastime is devoted to a toy collection, with toys distributed to families who might otherwise go without. Additionally, Dr. Shannon offers two or three free emergency dentistry days annually for individuals who have lost jobs and insurance and have nowhere else to turn. His “Do a Good Deed” contest for children highlights all the good deeds done by local children each year, rewarding one child with a free computer for their selfless efforts to make the world a better place.
